Hello! THANK YOU for visiting my website! My name is Nicolle Clay, and I have been a fitness professional for 28 years. I am a married mom of five so I understand what it is like taking care of others, yet trying not to lose myself in the process. I was born with the love of fitness and nutrition which has led me to dedicating my life to helping others understand how to have a lean and healthy body, and I would love to help you too!

I have been in the fitness industry for well over two decades working as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and a nutrition coach and have worked with hundreds of people.
I hold a Master's degree in Health Education (MHE), a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, as well as certifications in personal training, group fitness, health coaching, and nutrition coaching.
Having five kids has taught me a lot about how to relate to my clients. I know how tough it can be to put yourself first, but I am here to help guide you through that process.
