Fitness and nutrition are not my hobbies, they are my life. My passion is to educate and help others understand how to take care of their bodies and navigate through all seasons of life. I take personal interest in all of my clients and would love to get to know you and to help you.

My life’s work has been that of searching for sustainable fitness and nutrition plans and programs so that I can help others live a long, healthy, and active life. I have worked with hundreds of people educating them on how to be safe while exercising as well as how to understand the body’s physiological response to food. I take the guilt, fear, and confusion out of eating and exercising. With just a few simple tips, I can help you navigate through the confusing world of fad diets, understand what types of exercise to do, and help you to live your life with food freedom through the power of blood sugar stabilization. I have searched for solid information. Solid answers. I have read, researched, and studied to seek out what is the most healthy and sustainable fitness and nutrition lifestyle. I have even “experimented” with some of the fad diets to see how my body would respond so that I would have firsthand knowledge and experience.
