MY JOURNEY
Hi! I am Nicolle Clay. My path into the health and wellness space started with a simple truth: no one should have to feel overwhelmed by food, exercise, or wellness trends, and yet, most people are. After witnessing firsthand how diets, misinformation, and burnout steal joy and confidence, I committed to building something different: a practice rooted in science, mindset, and sustainable transformation.
Over the years, I've worked with hundreds of clients across individual coaching, group trainings, and online programs. I’ve tested (and discarded) what doesn’t last. I’ve refined what truly creates lasting change—helping people move with clarity, fuel their bodies in a sustainable way, and build energy and confidence that carries into every area of life.
