Meet Your Coach: Nicolle Clay


Fitness and nutrition are not my hobbies, they are my life. My passion is to educate and help others understand how to take care of their bodies and navigate through all seasons of life. I take personal interest in all of my clients and would love to get to know you and to help you.

My life’s work has been that of searching for sustainable fitness and nutrition plans and programs so that I can help others live a long, healthy, and active life. I have worked with hundreds of people educating them on how to be safe while exercising as well as how to understand the body’s physiological response to food.
